I hate to leave a bad review but I feel the need for others to be aware of my experience. I put in an application for a rental and paid the $90 fee. The application was not considered as the rental was quickly rented and was told I could get the $90 application fee back. I stopped by the office and picked up a check from Sami. The check bounced.
