Ann did a great job. The salon is very clean and relaxing
I’ve been a loyal customer for over 6 years and have always appreciated the service. During my last visit, I was charged an extra $20 to remove hard gel I had on my nails. I understand the removal took some extra time, but $20 feels excessive—especially without a clear heads-up and I communicated everything when scheduling appointment.
