I'll start with the positives. Lots of parking. Lots of guest parking spaces. New ownership *seems* to be making improvements on overall condition of the complex. Unfortunately, the positives are very few and are insignificant compared to the balance of our experience with Samford Square. Move-in: * Air conditioning wouldn't work at move-in on a Friday afternoon. (no repair until the following week. Do not be fooled by the photos—absolutely not. The apartment management does nothing, even if your roommate smokes marijuana or blasts music all night long. They didn't even bother cleaning before I moved in, so the floors were covered in hair; it was, without a doubt, the most terrible place I have ever lived.
