This is what they consider a “clean and ready-to-move-in” apartment looks like. The unit smelled strongly of cigarette smoke upon move-in, and the overall condition was unacceptable. The leasing office has been extremely unhelpful and, in my experience, has ignored my concerns rather than addressing them. If you want to have a good place to stay, do not come here. I lived here for 2 years & the experience never changed. When I first moved in, the apartment was a wreck. It literally looked as if a tornado hit it with extra furniture from other apartments, hair, and dust everywhere. Fine, I tried to overlook it, but when I would see numerous roaches a day & my roommates would say they would see rats, that’s when it became a problem. Don’t get me started on the appliances.
