0 stars -- I definitely do not recommend this place if you're wanting a supportive, kind, accommodating, or friendly environment. Truly terrible service from the staff when trying to enroll (Nicole, Feb. 2026). Very unclear and misguided, without explanation on how to properly sign-up. Really unfortunate to not have a helpful team to welcome and establish new patients into the gym for physical therapy. How do you join SamFit? It's a mystery. I've tried calling and leaving my name and number; the responses take days to a week. I asked if I could make an appointment to sign up, and they said "just drop by! " I tried dropping by during their listed hours (once at 11 am; a second time at 2:40 pm) and there's no one inside the office to assist. Both times I followed gym members into the facility to search for staff who could help; there's no one there.
