Service advisor Pete Amezcua was very professional and provided excellent service. He takes very good care of his customers and tries to help in any way he can to provide a better service experience. Mr. Amezcua went above and beyond to have my truck ready on time for my trip out of town.
I’ve had many issues here. They stripped out the drain on my oil pan, changed out a part for $600 that didn’t fix the issue, another $1300 to actually fix the problem, got my truck back and the window washer fluid sprayer wasn’t working, checked it myself to find they had pinched the hose between a bracket and the frame. Just unacceptable level of “service” here. I get that they’re super busy, but it really seems that they purposely cause issues so that they can charge you to fix them.
My truck was not fixed correctly the first time. When told to pick up the pant was not smooth and it had extra scratches that were not there when I dropped it off. It was finally fixed days later.
A service department member failed to contact me after the job on my vehicle was supposedly completed. My truck had been in the shop for three days, and I had to show up in person to ask for an update. When I arrived at 9 a.m., I was told that no issues were found. I then reminded the staff about a recall issue, and only then did they acknowledge it and said they would have it checked out. Very good customer service especially, Peter n the shuttle man. Really enjoy the environment n waiting rm. along w popcorn. Fast service.
