Last week I went to Sames Ford to look at mustangs. Chris Garcia was the sales associate who helped me. He was awesome! It was a very relaxed experience. I had a good test drive, and he answered all my questions. I ended up buying a new Ford 2025 mustang. It's an awesome car! It not only looks amazing, but drives extremely well. Also, the managers Ralph and Daniel were very helpful. If you're looking for a Ford, I would definitely ask for Chris Garcia.
Tried a typical bait & switch thing - posted a vehicle on multiple websites at one price, then after I've submitted all of my info and have an offer on my trade, they increase the price by $11K. I wouldn't recommend engaging with them because they'll just change up the price on you at the end.
On hold for 26 minutes with parts is diabolical! Do better Ford! Maybe if they would answer and let you know there's gonna be a hold instead of answering the phone and just saying hold, no introduction or nothing!
Don’t buy used trucks from this dealership. I bought a used F-250 diesel truck a few months ago, and they didn’t perform any checks on it, even though they provided paperwork claiming it was certified. Since then, I’ve had nothing but problems with the truck. If you’re looking for used work trucks, go to Chastang Ford in Houston instead
