I want to start off by saying from start to finish Francisco Santiago and the rest of the employees went above and beyond. I have been looking for a vehicle for my daughter for 8 months and I didn’t think it was going to happen. The other dealers were horrible. Totally opposite of what I experienced at this dealer. I’m very disappointed with my experience at Sames. Before coming in, I made it very clear multiple times what I had available for a down payment and that I wanted to know whether I was actually approved under those terms before making the trip. I was given the impression that I was approved, so I came in expecting to finalize the deal. Instead, I ended up spending a significant amount of time going back and forth and being pressured to put more money down.
