Sames Motor Co is the oldest automobile dealership in the state of Texas and one of the oldest in the nation, being established in 1910.W.J. Sames came to Laredo in 1890. His wife to be, Virginia Wright's family arrived in Laredo in the 1870's; her father having been stationed at Fort Macintosh.

Garbage. Agreed to the terms, signed the docs took my car home. Next day they called saying I needed a co signer AFTER all the LEGAL DOCUMENTS were signed and I had the car? Absolutley not. Idiots.
Worst service ever! The company I work for had my feet vehicle delivered to this dealership. My point of contact was Felix Garcia. I call him over a month ago. He gets my information and told me he would call me as soon as he located the vehicle. Weeks went by, I go by, he says the vehicle is in the back but he needs days to preform a delivery checklist, he reads my information back to me and tells me he will call me on its done. Great experience with staff and especially our car salesman (Ricky). Always willing to help to get you the vehicle you want. Manager very humble with satysfying a customer in any way he can. I would definitely go back and buy a new car with them. I recommend anyone to make a purchase there.

Worst place ever. There is this white, obese, white guy by the name of Gabriel Gonzalez who flirted with me the entire time I was there. He is male and I am male, married 20 years, 3 grown children, he is obviously gay. If your a straight male, STAY AWAY FROM HIM AND HIS ASSOCIATES!!!! I'm not reporting this to Sames, I'm going big, BBB and the attorney general. Sales people should be taught to keep their personal life to themselves!!!
The only place to buy a car in Laredo is Sames Auto. They have great service and honest people unlike a few other dealerships in Laredo. No need to go to San Antonio, Sames Is Here!
Took my car in for an estimate to repair my sunroof. While there, I mentioned I was interested in trading it in for a new car. Two weeks later I decide to get the work done. Put a $600 cash deposit down to order the parts, then get d**ked around on the phone for half a day. Finally get my car in and I have to get a rental. Next day I get a call that another part broke during the disassemble and that it was $59. I said "You expect me to pay for a part you guys broke." Sames Collision is a large company that gives poor service to customers. This company cannot keep up with the cars they recieve. They dont care whether there customers have transportation while they fix there cars. Vehicles could be in the lot for months before they repair them. None of there employees last because people complain for the bad work the company provides. I rate this company at a 0 star rating company.
