Completely unethical. Confused facts, incorrect invoices, incorrect report "facts" and everything in his report was contradicted by medical records and the testimony his report relied on. He clearly favored the other party only reviewing their evidence and providing the other party with payment plans and made untrue statements under oath all the while not reviewing my evidence. Overpriced and no conclusive findings. Looks at ways too run the tab up financially.

He is completely unethical -- In my divorce case, he falsely tried to make me look like the villain. When I subpoenaed the medical providers that his analysis relied on, it was a completely different story. They diagnosed me as being abused by my spouse and the mental health issues my spouse had were noted that they had struggled with them since childhood (not because of me in our short marriage). He is a terrible person.

Skilled at manipulation - and he will manipulate inf to obtain the desired result for the highest bidder, so to speak. If you have 2 parents in a custody determination, expect a favorable recommendation for the one paying the bill. All this under the guise of "impartial evaluator." He will manipulate himself into a custody evaluation where none was ordered. It's easiest to get more business out of an already paying customer than to find a new one.

Knowledgeable specialist. He listened and reconciled the points of view and advised us through a difficult situation. Dr. Samenow was able to help our child and our family. I would recommend him.

This man is incompetent. If your attorney suggests that you use him for "parent evaluations" - consider firing your attorney. That this man even has a career in this profession is a mystery to me. Everything that he predicted was inaccurate and didn't materialize. His involvement in my child custody case was disastrous. I truly believe that he can be "bought" and charges thousands of dollars for his questionable services.
