I just finished appealing the claim submitted by Dr. Elguizaoui for services I never received. I visited this doctor on September 18th for my elbow fracture, and the appointment lasted about five minutes. He ordered a brace, which my insurance did not cover, so I paid $275 out of pocket—and I didn’t even use it to avoid stiffness issues.
