I booked an appointment online, but the clinic was shutdown. I called customer agent, she told me all the NYC sites are closed. But I did not get any notice ahead. I hope I can still get refund for my appointment.

I recently used Sameday Health to get a Covid-19 test for travel purposes and I was extremely impressed with the overall experience. The process was incredibly easy and convenient, and the staff were friendly and professional. I was able to schedule an appointment online and choose the testing location that was most convenient for me. When I arrived for my appointment, I was checked in quickly and efficiently and was seen by a healthcare provider within minutes.

I’ve been here a few times for PCRs when the city health vans weren’t available (and will now be going here more frequently since they’ve taken away the van near me). Given the option I prefer the city site because it’s a bit quicker - but I’ve gotten nothing but excellent service here (they went a bit out of their way for me today), there’s never a line, and I appreciate that all the employees are consistently wearing good masks. Also a fan of how easy it is to check if my insurance will be approved.

My husband and I did the IV hydration drip and we really had a good experience. The counter staff and the nurse were extremely hospitable. Would definitely recommend this experience to all. Thankyou!

Andrea is fabulous! Love this place so much. Very clean, professional and the front desk receptionist is so friendly and warm!
