Beware. Receiving bills from Covid Test received 5 years ago. Nothing up until now. Trying to monetize their archives by creating false claims… very sketchy practice. Beware
This is a fraudulent business. Do not use their services. They have faked test results and engaged in insurance fraud. They have fraudulently billed many patients several years later for services that were free under the CARES Act. They will try to send you to collections for services that were already paid for, or should have been legally free because of federal mandate.
