Awful. Dishonest. Stay away. They have lots of names and they post fake 5 star reviews on yelp and google and many other sites

waste of time – WARNING!!! Same Day TV Service also list themselves as "Factory TV" with a different phone number. It is the same operation and neither is worth the drive through the heavy construction to get to. Avoid at all costs.

Good Luck – These guys are the worst. 2 months and $700 later TV still does not work. They have an excuse for all occasions. Once they get your money their service and attitude go down the crapper. Don't call, don't show up when promised. Advervise themselves as Better Business Members, they are not, in fact they have 10 complaints this reporting period. I found out too late, don't make the same mistake.

Avoid – If you're considering calling these people, I wouldn't. They do not call back, even when they promise to. They don't call to inform you of the status of your equipment. In fact, the only time they called me is when they needed more money to purchase the parts. From what I can tell it's a shoddy operation. They picked up my DLP tv in April, and there it sits, still waiting for parts. I've given up on this place. I wouldn't recommend this place to my enemies, let alone friends.

SAMEDAY SERVICE ! WOW THEY CAME TO MY HOME WITH IN AN HOUR OF MY CALL. PHONE SERVICE, AND IN HOME SERVICE WAS TOP NOTCH. I THANK THEM VERY MUCH AS MY WIFE GOT TO WATCH HER SHOWS THAT NITE!!!! LOL. I GIVE THEM A 4 STAR RATING, BECAUSE I DON'T THINK ANY ONE IS PERFECT, BUT I WILL USE THEM FOR ALL MY FUTURE ELECTRONIC PROBLEMS. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!!!!!

samedaytv picked my sony plasma on 3/28/07 an fixed it . the tv was back in my home the next day fixed. – They came out the same day I called them, (hence their name) picked up my tv, and gave me an estimate the very next morning. I gave them the go-ahead to repair it and the tv was back in my home that day. The gentleman who came out was very courtious and I would recommend this company anytime.
