Let me start by saying upfront that I would recommend Saint Joseph’s Surgery Center 100 times over! From start to finish, I received nothing short of amazing, caring, and attentive care. Every member of the staff was so friendly and helpful. They answered all of my questions with kindness, patience, and genuine care. I had eye surgery on Tuesday, this place was top notch. It was easy to schedule, they took excellent care of me and even called the day after to ensure I was ok. The staff really went all out to provide me with comfort, care and information during the entire process. Thank you!
This center located at the Medical Art Building. However the map does not indicate this. It took us 10 minutes to find out where it locates. When we were quite upset and talked to the first person, Gloria, who checked us in. She was so pleasant and patience to apologize us, even though it was not her fault at all! Then the service in the whole department was great. We had a very pleasant experience here.
Called yesterday a.m. advise me (just a courtesy call) to let me know haven't received authorization from insurance for surgery today. I asked if my surgery would be postponed if authorization was not confirmed in time. They said NO not unless my surgeon postponed it. (she didn't). Then they called again yesterday about 4:30 p.m.to advise me to be there at 5:30 a.m. this morning.
