Tech came to my house three days late to replace a pilot light assembly that was working intermittently (third visit), claimed he replaced a part. I observed him 100 % of his 15 minute call. He brought nothing in and took nothing out. He then claimed he was told not to replace the part ******* approved. I inspected the water heater. He did nothing. Unreliable and disrespectful. Do not use these people

We did visit ****************** property for a recurring problem which I assessed as the water heater needing a pilot assembly. Yes, I do agree there were scheduling problems which I could have better communicated with him about. When I consulted with technical service about the problem, they said the issue I described was a limit control switch issue and not the pilot assembly. If he opens the access panel he will see the new limit switch indicated by the "red button." I left the defective one in place because it would not ... read more
