have some guy come to look at bsod issues. claimed it was due to memory frequency. it was not. bought new memory sticks, fixed nothing. turns out to be cpu problem. ppl here dont know what they are doing.....do not use

We love the people that we have encountered is that in the ever-changing world of computers, they take the time to explain the situation and provide options. Before they leave they make sure that everything is up and running and that we are satisfied and comfortable. We highly recommend this company.
I had a disappointing experience with this business. I sought assistance because the keys on my laptop were falling off without any apparent cause. However, when I reached out for help, I was simply told that they don't repair keyboards. This response was unhelpful, especially since keyboard repairs should be a basic service for a computer repair store. At minimum, I would have appreciated being directed to someone who could help with this issue. I revised my rating to 2 stars while maintaining my review after I got an email... read more
