I had a disappointing experience with this business. I sought assistance because the keys on my laptop were falling off without any apparent cause. However, when I reached out for help, I was simply told that they don't repair keyboards. This response was unhelpful, especially since keyboard repairs should be a basic service for a computer repair store.
