We have been using Same Day Geek for years now. We find that the service is excellent, always accommodating and a job well done. I had a disappointing experience with this business. I sought assistance because the keys on my laptop were falling off without any apparent cause. However, when I reached out for help, I was simply told that they don't repair keyboards. This response was unhelpful, especially since keyboard repairs should be a basic service for a computer repair store. John from Same Day Geek was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and very timely. He patiently listened to my layman's explanation of the problem, and knew right away what to do. He also recommended things to do to preempt potential problems. I couldn't have asked for more. Most definitely recommended for all your computer needs!
