I used them a few years ago with good results. Apparently ownership in Concord has changed. I won't go back again. Too expensive and they don't give a detailed accounting of what the costs are. There's a young kid who works there who is a bit of a smart-alec. Lectured me and tried to evade responsibility for causing a problem with my computer that didn't exist when I went in. Someone should tell him it's a GOOD THING when customers make mistakes with their computers. Going to try another place up the street next time.
