The technician act like he didn't understand English he was rude disrespectful no kind of communication with the client and when it came time to actually fix it couldn't even give a heads up and let you know he was coming I would never use this place again
We decided not to buy the insurance appliance repair. The price to repair the dishwasher was $800. I priced the motor. It was retail $325. I would estimate the labor $100.. So in theory they marked up $ 275. In pure profit. Ahh I mean stealing. From an 86 year old Grama. I utubed how to do it. Iam glad. I saved Mom over $300. This place is is a rip off.
