FREAKIN' LOVE KOR AND CHRISTINE HAZELTON – I LOVE this gym. I have had the opportunity of training with a couple of trainers there, and they were/are both terrific! A Gym I actually enjoy going to – Kor is literally changing my life. I am not a huge fan of exercising at a gym but I'm even less of a fan of my flabby buttocks. So, I thought I'd give it a try. With just 8 sessions with Chris, my trainer, I can already see a difference in my body and, more importantly, with my overall well-being. Best Personal Trainers in LA – Before trying out Kor, I held a rarely-used membership to an oversized impersonal gym where I lacked motivation because I felt intimidated by the size and atmosphere of the gym. My Best Gym Experience – I went to a professional mixer and met a guy who works at KOR. Just to be nice I went for a complimentary work out. Wow, it was the best thing I have done for myself in a long time. I now have a personal trainer who works with me to gain not only a great looking body but also one of strenght. Best gym in town – The trainers are great and have so much fun with what they do. The gym stays clean and has its own style that I've never seen anywhere. They have so many fun toy's to do "kor" exercises with and each trainer is so creative that you never seem to get bored with a workout. I can't imagine going to another gym, I'm addicted to this one.
Great place to work out – I love the gym. Very low key with fun atmosphere. The staff is super friendly. So many actors and stuff and not snobby at all. It's my gym now. I was with equinox but, no more.
No icky sweaty machines here! Just a great workout place! – If you're tired of going to places where people don't wipe up their sweat on machines or hate getting in line for them, you have to go to this gym. Super clean. LOVE the hard core "I'm going to get killer legs if it kills me" spin classes. Folks there are friendly. Oh, and they even rent out shoes for the spin classes. Protein shakes are yummy too! And the dog there is super cute. =)
From Fatness to Fitness!!!!! – As most brides-to-be, I wanted to firm up for my special day. After looking for a trainer at various area gyms (some REALLY close to KOR) I knew KOR was the place for me as soon as I walked in the door. Not only was I greeted by the cutest dog of all time, I didn't see any spandex clad bodies in sight. Phew!!! Come on people, let's leave the pick-up scene to Coffee Bean!
