Very disappointing customer service. Never pick up the phone, never return voice messages, don't reply to emails and, when they do, it's just to stall you. I've been waiting for two months for someone to get back to me. I had no heat in the apartment for around 20 days in the coldest days of December. Run, run while you can. The stress of dealing with them is not worth their rates. Most unethical company I've ever come in contact with. Went for years with on and off heat and hot water. During snow storms, freezing temperatures etc. There was also some ridiculous excuse as to why our heat and hot water went out. (You can check the list of violations on 311.com, its pretty insane!)
