We are all for making honest money, but come on, man coming out wiping off a coil on the ice machine 360.00 . $200 for a service call, right down the street from us in Livonia for a service call .This is not the way to conduct honest business . Since the owner reached out , we appreciate that still disagree with the total amount for such a Fix but I will change the rating to be fair . Thank you

We had a few different issues with an oven in our bakery. Paul came out and did a great job diagnosing the issue and getting the unit up and running with the parts on hand! We received very friendly and knowledgeable service.
I would not recommend this company is they are the last ones doing any kind of kitchen equipment repair. They will come out do a diagnostic test on your equipment say its one thing and after you approve them to fix it, your equipment breaks downs and you call them again and they come out and tell you it's something else. To make matters worse they have your cc on file and bill you for the trip charge and or labor charge to do another diagnostic test.
