This is a great company! The CEO and employees are authentic and personable. I really like the easy checkout and upsell choices - it has definitely increased my sales. I really appreciate all of the support from the samcart team at every step of my business development.
Very poor experience with the Samcart team: Purchased an annual subscription, then signed up for an uprgraded feature set which "Exhausted" the annual subscription funds to pay for and notified me of potential ongoing fees where cancellation was my only choice. They are happy to secure you as a sign up and take your money including upgrading subscriptions before you even have a product to go to market. Hands down the best software out there. Everything is so easy to use and the resources are outstanding. You are able to create your product and publish your page in as little as one day. This is insane!
