Fantastic Indian/Sri Lankan in the south metro! – After moving "out of the city" to the south metro area, one of my complaints was the lack of a quality Indian restaurant. Shortly after moving, the current owners of Sambol took over an Indian restaurant and transformed it into one of the best in the Twin Cities. Fantastic service and wonderful Indian food, not just for the Twin Cities but compared to NYC and international Indian restaurants I've frequented.
