This has been one of my absolute favorite restaurants for ~10 years, now, so despite my complaints with the new decor, the food is still amazing, and the staff do a wonderful job, so I can't bring myself to drop a star from the main score. Try the Karaage or sushi here - top quality. Service charge instead of an optional tip at the end (just a heads up) - service was great tho.
Found this small, unassuming spot by accident, and I’m so glad I did. The food is incredibly authentic and of amazing quality. The fish was exceptionally fresh. I especially loved the rolls that hey don’t overdo on the rice. We also tried the Tonkatsu, it features a very thin, light batter. I personally enjoyed the delicate crunch, though my husband prefers the thicker, extra-crispy style of breading. Overall, every dish we ordered was delicious. This place is definitely a keeper, and we’ll absolutely be back.
