Seems to be very friendly and very down home.
Only for people who are not well enough to live on their own which I am. The big selling point stated to me was 2 tokens for free bus rides to all my dr visits If I need to go to a Dr 24 times a year I need a lot of help.
No matter if I am volunteering, assisting an elderly person, or there for other community reasons, there is always one woman in management who is mean, crabby, short tempered, unhelpful, and just plain rude. I cannot tell if she hates her job, other people, or life in general. She definitely does not belong in a place that requires kindness and compassion and it would make me uneasy to leave an elderly relative alone to deal with her or be subjected to her treatment. Definately need better management! They don't know how to talk to people an it's sad. Apartments are clean but really really small....I think just recommended for one person.
