Checked in online it said my appointment time was at 5:40 I get there then I’m told that the appointment is at 7:20pm I said I’ll come later. Then I get home I get another meeting saying Update you are now 3rd in line see you at 6:00 pm so I rushed back to Urgent Care just to be told no it’s wrong. So here I am with pain in both ears and now being told I have to now wait two plus hours …..

In need of a quick blood draw. Show up 40 minutes before their hour long lunch and am told to come back in 2 hours. Apparently they need 40 minutes to prepare for their hour long lunch. Service like this is only acceptable in Healthcare for some reason.
Although there's a bundle of bad reviews, i had a really professional nice interaction with most of the ladies working for my morning apt. Felt reassured and my doctor was super kind. Lovely lady.
