Called and left more than one message for office manager Susan to call me back to talk about why they were denying me to become a patient. She never called me back. I ended up have to call again. Not impressed with this entity. I’m glad I’m not mot becoming one of there patients. Hate to see how they treat there patients.
I saw "Sam" a NP. She was extremely rushed, didn't listen to me, talked over me, told me we couldn't do a whole appointment because they want patients to be 30 minutes early. I WAS early. The ONE receptionist was on the phone, when she was finally able to check me in, she seemed completely confused about my insurance (Blue Cross) and they do take my insurance, so I'm mystified about her confusion.
