If you’re looking for a urologist that will listen to you, understand you, have compassion and WANTS to help educate you to be the best you… Dr. Sam is incredible. She’s new to this team, but they are so lucky to have her, and I’m excited to be on this health journey with her support.
The Drs here are (generally) ignorant, potentially incompetent, and GENUINELY 100% do not care.
If you are considering going to this clinic for any medical care, don’t. Completely incompetent medical assistants, physicians assistants & doctors. I asked to speak to the practice manager/supervisor & was given to a “lead” medical assistant instead (Taylor) and was not told she was JUST a medical assistant, AFTER we tried to explain to her that being told that my husband “may need testicular surgery” due to extreme pain after a vasectomy that one of their doctors performed on him, that he can just wait 3 weeks to see one o... read more
