I saw "Sam" a NP. She was extremely rushed, didn't listen to me, talked over me, told me we couldn't do a whole appointment because they want patients to be 30 minutes early. I WAS early. The ONE receptionist was on the phone, when she was finally able to check me in, she seemed completely confused about my insurance (Blue Cross) and they do take my insurance, so I'm mystified about her confusion. If you’re looking for a urologist that will listen to you, understand you, have compassion and WANTS to help educate you to be the best you… Dr. Sam is incredible. She’s new to this team, but they are so lucky to have her, and I’m excited to be on this health journey with her support.
The Drs here are (generally) ignorant, potentially incompetent, and GENUINELY 100% do not care.
