Contacted Samaritan Roofing for a leaking roof. They promptly responded (I contacted several prior and no response from the other companies), and set up a time the following day to inspect. Inspected and found loose nails on ridge vents; replaced with screws instead of nails and resealed. The owner also went out of his way and purchased for me a bottle of spray ceiling paint to cover the dried wet spots from the leak inside the house.
