I have been in full RA episode for 1 week and called office more than 3x. Can't get passed the front desk and my medical condition means nothing. Problem is what am I to do when it will take months to get an appointment with anyone else. At what point is the medical need of patient is the priority
Love my Dr and the office staff. They are great fun and very knowledgeable. They take as much time as needed to make sure I understand everything clearly and are always willing to help if I call with a problem. Clean and pleasant office.
Absolutely the worst office to deal with. Dr Mathew’s is rarely in the office. Can never be fit in when dealing with a flare up. The new nurse is absolutely awful and can’t even fill Out FMLA paperwork correctly. When told it was incorrect tried telling me it was exactly like last time. It wasn’t. I’m over this office.

Once again experienced medical gaslighting! Didn’t even get to meet with doctor Hall because the nurse asking me questions prior (Dr.B) made me feel as if she didn’t want to treat me. “So you don’t have pain today… what do you want us to do for you?” “Why rheumatologist?” I am now 26 years old and drove an hour away from home to seek answers as to if I have an auto immune condition.
