Very pleased with the pain Management center here at Samaritan
Very disappointing. Waited several months for initial appointment and then several weeks for an injection. MD now requests neurology consult before next injection. 3 weeks after the visit MD hasn’t even entered his notes so that staff can send the referral. PA and MD refuse to prescribe anything except invasive injections for pain (refusing even a simple increase of Gabapentin or a muscle relaxant.) I thought this was supposed to be a pain management specialist.
If you're seeing Dr. Montalvo, prepare yourself for a long wait.

He is excellent !. Gentle, explains issues/concerns in a non complex way. His NP is new butshe is also thinks about you. All are caring.
