We had an excellent experience here yesterday. We’d just arrived in town after a long drive and my son developing a fever along the way. The care team treated my toddler and I with such kindness and were so helpful. They were thorough and gentle. Turns out he had a bad ear infection, so they quickly sent a prescription to a pharmacy that would still be opened. I guess the rumors of horrible healthcare in Newport is true. They just told me they weren’t an immediate care center and I would need to go to the ER. It literally says “Urgent Care” on the outside of their building.
