The times I've had to use it, they were very kind to me. I had my first ever kidney stone, and they were going to make me wait, but they saw me sweating and turning red. They got it resolved quickly. I've had to go for other things back in the day, and they've always been good to me. However, the reason I gave 3 stars is due to the fact that they will turn you away when there are 30-45 minutes left on their posted hours of operation. Tried taking my 4 year old son in today Sunday Mother’s Day and was turned away because they were full for the whole morning and afternoon, mind you with an EMPTY LOBBY AT 10:30am??? Front staff uncaring & unprofessional. It’s an URGENT CARE you walk in and get help not sent away with absolutely nothing but feelings horrible for your baby. ZERO STARS IS I COULD TURNED AWAY AGAIN!!!!!! BECAUSE THEY ARE FILLED UP WHAT THE CRAP ARE YOU GUYS HERE FOR THAN!!!!?!?!?!?
This is NOT an urgent care clinic. They will not bill your insurance as an urgent care visit, they will bill it as a new patient establishing care. My visit was not covered by my insurance because of this, as I already have a medical home. When speaking to samaritans billing they let me know they were unable to change the coding because the clinic isn't 'urgent care' it's a 'walk in family clinic'. Think about going to the emergency room first. I've never had a worse experience with a doctor.
