I am a new patient; the only other hospital I've gone to is the one in Salem. This hospital has been excellent. I'm not used to kind staff or having doctors actually listen to me. While it may be the time of year, I haven't had to wait long between appointments.

they are the WORST!! they actually relish in making you feel terrible, making you feel like a bad person for the medical conditions you have and wanting and needing help, after communicating with them i went into a severe panic attack after "Diane" medical assistant supervisor sent me a hateful message that i had labs done somewhere else and brought them to samaritan. well this is because my so called "doctor" at samaritan canceled 3 appointments in a ROW!!! and i have no person as the person who filled in for her is going b... read more
Absolute joke!! Saying a baby with possible dysphagia is “just gagging.” Their pediatric doctors tonight on shift are clueless!!
So far I've been sitting in this ER for 4 hours with no end in sight. I came for a possible blood clot. The guy a few seats down just said he's been waiting here for 7 hours. This is a complete embarrassment. This hospital should be ashamed.
