Extremely disappointed I felt that my therapist that I was seeing was not beneficial for me. That we just didn't have the right connection. So I called to see if I could switch to a different therapist, and they told me that they do not switch providers. And I said, okay, so can I just do my psychiatry? And I guess not do therapy, they told me that's fine, but I'm not allowed to see a therapist at another facility because I'm going through them for psychiatry. My experience has been almost to a T of others I just read. Now the rehab had failed to get me a mental health appointment - which was the most important thing for me, and I still am waiting on an appointment. I haven’t been able to get my scripts renewed. Was a handful of intakes with my case manager spanning weeks. And im not sure how it’s managing a case because my calls aren’t returned .
