THE most frustrating experience. Was called today because they needed to reschedule....this was barely 24 hour notice. I took work off for my appointment and the only times they could offer to reschedule me is weeks away. I have a timing sensitive procedure planned (or so I thought) but they took no regard in this... and will maybe squeeze me in when convenient for them.
