I had a procedure done by the NP Kathryn Small, and she was lovely. No pain, made me feel comfortable, and made sure I had all the information I needed! She was awesome!
The older lady at the front desk is terribly rude. Talks down to patients. I had some trouble with my insurance and she was so annoyed and gave me atittude. While waiting I noticed she had same terrible manner with other patients. I also work in healthcare, deal with 50-60 pts a day and I know better than behaving this way toward patients. On the other hand clinic staff are very nice.
My husband and I absolutely LOVE doctor Gottesman . Moving from Long Island and having no doctors to trust to take care of us after a miscarriage it was tough and scary finding a doctor to care and take good care of us !! And man did this place deliver . Down to the nursing staff to the front desk to the RN Elizabeth !! Did every one help , take our concerns serious . Phone staff is very rude. Called about getting script for pill got told we don't do that we're Catholic, then got hung up on. Canceled my future appointment would not go here ever again.
