I am so glad I switched to this practice. Every staff member I interacted with was helpful, personable, and professional. K. Small is a wonderful NP. I felt all my concerns were listened to and addressed. I highly recommend this practice.

Not only was Ada Regan negligent in my care by refusing me a medication that could’ve saved my baby, but the office manager will no longer call me back after starting an “investigation”. I understand they have procedures and such, but this was a healthy baby. A wanted baby. I was denied medication that could’ve saved my pregnancy. I was treated like a statistic in May by Ada. I had a great experience for my office visit, which was a yearly check up covered by my insurance. However, a few months later I was charged $500 for my check up. When I called to find out why, I was told that it was my deductible. When I called my insurance, they told me there must be a mistake with how they filed the claim. I called the office and they said they would "review" it, then sent me a message on My Portal that it was my deductible and sent my bill to be paid by my Access Card without my consent.
