NO due diligence. A parent with only physical custody was allowed to register the child for medication management treatment without permission or notifiying the parent who had legal custody. They did not require a court order or communicate with the childs other parent/family. Now, they do not have all the info (prior treatment history, therapist recommendations, family history, medical diagnosis history, etc.) neccessary to provide proper treatment to a child that has complex PTSD. Please KEEP OUR CHILDREN SAFE!
