Best experience at SMC ENT. From start to finish. Staff helpful. Took care to explain everything. Very friendly and professional.
This is not the place to go if you want a diagnosis in a timely manner. If you want to wait 6 months or more to find out what's wrong with you. I got frustrated in waiting to hear if I have vertigo or not and I still don't know. I guess I will just have to live with this buzzing in my ear and the dizziness that comes with it for over a year now. Thanks appreciate the concern.

Not impressed. Waste of time and money. Took a chance trying local but should’ve known I would need to go to Syracuse. Doctor made assumption before entering room. Changed mind after physical assessment but by that point I knew I needed to go elsewhere. Extremely disappointed.
Dr kept the appointment light. Never felt rushed. Spent plenty of time talking about my problems. Very informative.
