Lab Techs are always 5 stars. 2 stars for management for often staffing only one person to check people in (for multiple reasons besides lab) at 7am when hordes of people trying to go before work. Totally inefficient

In December 2024 my PCP in Portland wrote orders for lab work to be done in Corvallis. I gave my doctor the fax number listed on the lab website. I called the lab more than once and was told that the orders had not been received. Again I asked my PCP to fax the orders. After more calls I was finally told that my orders were in. When I showed up to register I was told the orders hadn’t arrived. After weeks of trying to schedule lab work I gave up. Now it is April and my lab work is pressing.
