I already had Dr.Metha before and I just love not just for a doctor but has a person I think she is just great I love her has a doctor and a person she totally rocks😘😘😘😘😘
Repeated failure to renew prescription s when requested.Repeated failure to return phone calls. Repeated failure to assist a sick patient to access facility.. No follow-up on requests for information concerning treatment options. A seeming indifference to my concerns A greater focus on speed over quality. Withholding minimal care in lieu of prepayment for services I would have kept this to myself, but as a human being, I deserved better.
The professionals who work here are awesome. I have had an outstanding experience over the last year. They have correctly diagnosed my condition and I am starting to see progress from the medication that they are putting me on. I love the time my doctors are willing to take to answer my questions and the staff are very friendly and responsive when I arrive. They already know who I am. There is a little wait time and you can just get the general feeling that the people here care about you.
The staff at this clinic are rude. I went to check my elderly parent to the front reception and the the lady ignored me for about 3 to 5 minutes (she was on her cell phone). She was short with me and I found her to be unprofessional. There is always new medical assistants and it appears that no one lasts very long. They also don't return calls on time and cover themselves by placing information on the chart to their best interest.
