These doctors are amazing. I highly recommend, caring and skilled. My children have had two recent urgent on call visits and I was very impressed with the physicians that filled in for their PCP. Plenty of parking, convenient location, pleasant waiting room with enough space and well kept bathrooms. Staff is courteous and professional. On call appointment was available even when I did not call until about 1:30 in the afternoon that day! I was some what enjoying my experience with De Forest. She often would claim she didn’t say she would do something and then after insisting on my end would finally go back to the visit notes and was always like oh my bad yeah ok I’ll do that. But now it’s affected my immediate health and well being. I requested a refill through my pharmacy and they said I didn’t have any so they would need to request it from my doctor’s office and they sent over a request. I made an appointment months prior for my annual checkup. I was clear on the phone about my intention for the visit and even asked how much it would cost. The office verified insurance information and told me it’d be about $50 or $60. I went to the doctor (Dr Erin Hoppin) on June 6th and received a bill of $441 the following month. When I called for support they said the coding submitted was for a medical office visit so they would need to review the codes.
