They are very slow to pay clinicians.
I went into the office to get help with some paperwork I needed and my issue was resolved before I left the building.
I can’t believe this insurance company will Pay for your medication's for two months and then all of a sudden they don’t want to pay for it and take you off Cold in your tracks. This medication has serious side effects from stopping it immediately. I should hold them 100% responsible for whatever happens to me. What blows my mind is one prescription is helping with four different things in my body.
