Been going here for about five years. Everyone is wonderful!
I liked the conveince of the location n staff was never rude,but Ive felt ignored by my primary doctor Sherry Arnold and several time paperwork issues that were her or her office's responsibility have become an issue i.e. surgery releases and prescriptions, so I feel like I need to find a doctor or office that doesn't repeat these issues.
The staff there are very unprofessional they don't give you the right time for your appointment and they blame it on you even when you show them proof just not a good place to go to and you can tell that people low-income go there because that's how they treat you it's sad that this Clinic is pathetic and I will never go there again
The nursing staff is very unprofessional. I had a bad reaction to my medication and the nurse I spoke with basically acted like I was bothering her when I called in to see what i should do. She wont contact me back, although she keeps saying she will talk to the doctor, or should I say nurse practitioner and get back to me. I think she may be off her meds or something. I wish she would do her job and get back to me.
