They are pretty good at providing same day appointments. They don't freak out if you are a few co-pays behind , just as long as you pay on it. Also majority of the time I can see a provider on telehealth( over my phone ).
These people do not care every month I have to leave work and deal with nonesense to get my script most unprofessional group of people I’ve ever dealt with! I wouldn’t waist your time they couldn’t care any less
Office manager is very rude and unprofessional!!!
Very unprofessional and more focused on money than actually helping the clients. And for clients you need to truly be strong in your recovery otherwise it seems like they just roll right over you and act like glorified babysitters. All around it was a learning experience that you should avoid all together unless you truly know how to advocate for yourself and pay attention to the shady things happening around you and ALWAYS pay attention to your Insurance Bills!
