Teresa at the front desk is the most disrespectful and unprofessional person I have ever talked to. From the very beginning she was nothing but rude to me and when I was describing my symptoms she interrupted me to tell me l was wrong and was overall horribly rude and dismissive.

There are so many people being shoved into inadequate periods of time that the environment is more reminiscent of a poorly run quick service oil change or fast food hell than healthcare. You arrive 15 minutes early to spend 10 minutes with a doctor; but that's only after an indeterminate wait. My breathing issues were told they would be fixed with daily use of over the counter meds multiple times, but I have asked for a more thorough search into my symptoms and been denied. My dentist had to diagnose me with sleep issues because they couldn't work in my mouth easily due to a bunch of non-normal inflamation. The infection has spread and is causing major upp... read more
