Went to urgent care and WOW, hard to imagine people not really concerned with getting people seen. One older receptionist was quite rude. Been using your urgent care for 4 years and act like they've never hear of me. I'm waiting now at Ghery St now because they're hassling me about my VA insurance. Giving up the wait and just going to the emergency room. One of worst experiences.
Understaffed underqualified and an absolute shit show. Unfortunately, that's all we got here. Edited to 1 star, it's gotten even worse if thats believable.
Dr. Kristina Corso’s manner was horrific. She could not have been more short, calloused, or hurried with us. She did not provide adequate answers to our questions, treated our concerns with callousness and disregard, and accused us of being late when we weren't (she found the time stamps when we questioned it). Even if she did not have much time to meet with us, she could not have emphasized that more through her unfeeling behavior. If you want to feel cared for, this is not the doctor for you.
