Waited over an hour, then denied my appointment without being heard. Later received a discharge letter and was refused care during the 30-day transition period. Management ignored my side, disruptive behavior in the waiting room went unaddressed, and I had to involve police to obtain my medical records. Very concerning experience.
The staff is friendly, professional, and efficient. Everyone had the goal to help the patient.
Dr Burnett and his staff are very thorough I've always received great service, at this facility.
Most Caring Doctor and Nurse Practitioner I’ve ever seen Dr Britton and Amber gave me 150% in 30 years with my last Doctor he never called me at home to go over my Labs, so glad I found these guys. I drive 60. Miles one way but worth the care, My Husband and I both found them and are both really pleased and the portal is great to keep up on your Health information. Office staff is happy and friendly and willing to help out with Insurance questions and being able to have my labs drawn while at my appointment is a big plus Tha... read more
