took my 6-month-old daughter yesterday to be seen at the urgent care for fever, cough, congestion, etc. the lady at the check-in counter was EXTREMELY rude, saying, the doctors to busy, I don't think he will see her. When we didn't say we would leave, she asked for name and DOB and walked away. a moment later, someone I can only speculate was a nurse or can come out and said the doctor's schedules to full, for us to go elsewhere. we just walked away.
