I was sent here today by the VA. community care. was told they are a in network service for the VA. WHEN I GOT THERE AND SPOKE TO THE WOMAN AT THE DESK. I was asked what I needed, after I explained I was told there was no spots available and to go to the ER. IT WAS 2:50 PM THEY JUST REIPENED FROM THEIR LUNCH BREAK AND ARE OPEN TILL 6PM. HOW DO YOU SEND AWAY A.PERSON IN NEED OF MEDICAL ATTENTION WHEN YOU ARE STILL OPEN FOR 3 MORE HRS. WHERE IS LEVEL OF CARE?? THE MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO EXPLAIN THIS!
Dr Fleming is the only God Complex dr I have ever experienced. It was a nightmare experience of my life. My insurance company and myself get to pay a ridiculous amount for a 17 minute visit that became way longer after Dr knew I was filing a complaint. Now a standard visit is well over 700.00 . Patients beware. Am on Medicare and a Senior. I get to pay 227.00 for speaking up for myself. I miss my Dr Craig Brown and his integrity so much. I'm glad they are here. They are a great asset to the community and provide a much needed buffer between primary Care and the emergency room.
