I'm sure a few patients some where that would say they got good service from Good Samaritan hospice, just like there are those that would say Hitler was a nice man. If you are in need of hospice service this is not the one, save yourself much frustration and disappointment, look for another. Perhaps they mean well, however its difficult for family caregivers to deal with the burden they generate, not coming thru with the plan of care, good intentions just doesnt cut it. Did the staff at this senior care facility ever take personal phone calls when they were supposed to be helping you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me Was it easy to find parking at this senior care facility? Yes, it was convenient Would you refer a friend or family member to this senior care facility? Yes Were you able to get all of your questions answered while you were at this senior care facility? Yes Was this senior care facility's staff friendly? Yes
