The new receptionist is so awful! Like this is a building for children with certain needs and she treats everyone with such an attitude. Not sure exactly what her problem is nor do I even know her name that is how short and rude she is. Really considering finding a new provider for my children. I love the providers here but when you come in to the building and meet with what is the face of this company and the treatment is so awful it may be time to move on. If I could leave less than 1 star, I would. What an absolute joke! The receptionist didn't even check me in when I got there this morning, so I missed a much needed appointment. Then, a supervisor told my daughter that her genetic disorder wasn't real because she'd never heard of it. She also apparently doesn't "look" Autistic.
